Burners firing directly into the tube gives a very high heat transfer rate.  The pendulum kiln oscillates, and does not revolve fully like a traditional rotary calciner. This allows multiple burners to be installed on the ceiling for precise curve shaping.

Key Features:
  • Rotary tube lengths from 6 to 12 meters (20 to 40 feet)
  • Inside tube width of 1.0 meters (3.3 feet)
  • Rotary tube internally insulated with firebricks for long life
  • Maximum temperature to 1450°C (2642°F)
  • Fuel fired with natural gas or LPG
  • Multiple burners on the kiln roof for optimal firing curves
