Roller hearth furnaces may be electrically heated or fuel fired, and are ideally suited for fully automated production lines.

A roller-hearth drying oven may be installed in-line with the roller hearth kiln. Electrically heated roller hearth kilns may be constructed to be atmosphere-tight for processing materials in inert conditions.

Key Features:
  • Lengths from 20 to 60 meters (65 to 200 feet)
  • Useful widths of 600, 900 or 1200 mm (23, 35 or 47 inches)
  • Useful heights up to 200 mm (7.9 inches)
  • Maximum firing temperatures up to 1300°C (2372°F)
  • Heating via Electric Resistance Elements, Natural Gas or LPG
